The trading journal for prop traders that analyzes your edge — and says no when the data is not enough.
Quiet Merit is a browser-based trading journal for prop traders. It keeps trades, accounts, payouts, setups, sessions and R-multiple data in one app, then packages that data into quant-safe AI Review prompts for Claude or GPT. It is not a signal service, not financial advice and not a cloud account. You own the log, export JSON backups and decide what to do with the evidence.
Challenge, verification and funded journeys are native account states, not generic notes.
Journal data stays in browser localStorage. Export JSON backups before switching devices.
20 guardrails cover sample size, recency, outliers, R vs dollar and missing data.
Manual logging, FTMO CSV and MT5/MT4 screenshots via OCR. Not tied to one broker.
$19 for the first 100 buyers, then $29. Single-user license with lifetime updates.
Journal and analysis only. No trade calls, no buy/sell advice, no managed risk.
Quiet Merit analyzes your journal with 20 statistical guardrails that filter false patterns, small samples and overreactions.
Want to dig deeper? Export the analysis to Claude or GPT.
Example above. Your report is based on your actual data.
341 sample trades in the lite demo. Walk through the dashboard, calendar, trade log, statistics and account tracking. Import, OCR, calculators and AI Review unlock in the full app.

From screenshot to logged trade in seconds. OCR reads entry, exit, SL, TP, P&L, lot and ticket — and adjusts timezone without you thinking about it.

Challenge → Verification → Funded 1, 2, 3… Live max-loss room and progress toward target. Failed accounts stay as lessons, not buried history.

No accounts, no cloud sync, no vendor lock-in. Timezone-safe metadata travels with the export — analysis holds even if you change computer or broker.

A single-file desktop app for Mac and Windows — open it in Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox, then optionally install it to your Dock or taskbar. Data stays local. One-time payment, lifetime updates.

100+ questions per language = 300+ answers built in. Finds answers without leaving the app.
Finds and fixes empty fields, duplicates, time bugs and untagged trades.
Pip values per pair, R-based sizing and P&L preview before the trade.
A trading journal and statistics engine for prop traders. You log trades — the app calculates win rate, R-multiple, expectancy and breakdowns across 10 dimensions directly in your browser. The AI report feature packages your data with the 20 discipline guardrails for deeper narrative analysis in Claude or GPT. The core — the statistics and the guardrails — is Quiet Merit. Everything runs locally, no accounts.
Three things: (1) built specifically for prop traders — challenge, verification and funded journeys are native, not bolted on. (2) The AI report uses 20 statistical guardrails to avoid hallucinations from small samples. (3) Single-file desktop app — your data stays local, no subscription, one-time payment.
No. Quiet Merit is a journal and analysis tool, not an advisory service. The AI analyses are reflection tools that help you see patterns in your own trading — not trading recommendations. You make every decision yourself and carry all risk.
Trades can be imported through FTMO CSV export or MT5/MT4 screenshots (OCR). Manual logging works too. Prop firm support includes FTMO, MyForexFunds, The5%ers, FundedNext, FTUK and more. Not broker-locked — it works with any broker as long as you can export trades.
A computer — Mac or Windows — and any modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox). After purchase you download a ZIP, unzip it, and open the included HTML file. No installation, no account, nothing to set up. Quiet Merit is a desktop app — it is not designed to run from a phone's file browser (iOS will not run a local web app from Files), so use a computer.
Locally in your browser (localStorage). No Quiet Merit server or cloud sync receives your journal data, and journal content is not included in website analytics. Screenshots you attach stay on your device. For journal features, the only app network call is screenshot OCR loading tesseract.js (free, open-source) from the jsdelivr CDN on first use — the image itself and the OCR result never leave your device. You can export all data as JSON. If you switch computer: import the JSON into the new browser. Export backups regularly — deleted browser history can delete the app data.
Yes. One-time payment includes lifetime updates — all future versions are included. No upgrade pricing, no subscriptions. Single-user license.
Because this is a digital download, there is no automatic refund right. Test the demo properly first — it has all functionality except your own saved data. If something fundamental does not work after purchase, email david_krusell@icloud.com and I will sort it out.
